The Lightning thief

This is actually a pretty good book, it is a series of 4 books. I don't really have much to say about it, except the books are pretty good and i recommend them all. They have monsters and action, and like alot of books has one evil person trying to rule the world while a teen tries to stop him, also the book includes gods.

A dog's life

Hey people! I guess I'll get right to the point, this is the SADEST book I have ever read, honestly, it is sad. It's got adventure, survival, and other things that make it both good but sad. Even if you don't like sad books, I still recommend this book, it is very good and I hope you like it too if you read it.

Book review: Eldest

Hello, I thought I would just make this review about the book Eldest. I have already read this book once and am reading it again (and I'm still reading it right now). It is the second book of Eragon, which is also a good book, and I have read it twice too. Eldest is a very good book, and is very descriptive. This time Eragon goes to the elves in Elesmera and trains for an upcoming battle between him and another rider. I've always liked fiction books like this and recommend it, and I would also like to hear your thoughts on this book if you've read it to see your opinion of the book.

Welcome to the Goldthwaite teen blog

Welcome to the Goldthwaite teen blog! Here we have book reviews which you can comment on, and you can also put your own book review on or suggest other books people might be interested in. We welcome all teens to do so and encourage people to tell their friends about it. We are hoping to have some teen programs here at the library, but we don't have enough people and so we hope more will join. Some of the activities we are hoping to do are games, (video and board games) maybe some crafts, and start a book club, and more if possible. We hope you are interested and will join us.
